ATC InternationalA client of ATC has a large inventory of men’s socks rotating through their Silver Spring, Maryland warehouse. The client’s socks are distributed through major US retailers. Being a small item, the socks require many SKUs (Stock keeping units) to account for each pair. In addition, the socks require many small shipments all of which must be accounted for. Prior to installing IntelliTrack software, ATC was managing all of their warehouse inventory and shipments manually and drastically needed to improve their accuracy and efficiency to support their clients’ growth.

Their current configuration management software does not allow for efficient inventory and is quite time consuming. As Stone Offic began to expand their facilities they were able to offer warehousing services to clients in need. However, they did not have an efficient system in place to track inventory, manage shipping and receiving orders, and provide up-to-date information to customers when they needed it. When it was time for an inventory, it became a scavenger hunt for the warehouse employees. Recorded by pencil and paper, Stone Office employees would hunt for inventory in different warehouse locations searching for a request.
