Meet IntelliTrack's Management
Team—The People Behind the Brand
William “Will” Daniel, Chief Operations Officer
Will Daniel, is a nationally recognized expert in Manufacturing,
Asset Management, Distribution Systems and Implementation Practices
using Automatic Data Collection Technology. Since 2006, with a formal
education in Labor Process Management, Mr. Daniel has provided a
professional insightful approach to ensure successfully installed
IntelliTrack Systems. He has actively promoted and installed IntelliTrack
Systems since 1999.
Mr. Daniel earned his materials and asset handling experience in
manufacturing, warehousing and distribution from the ground up beginning
in 1978 as a materials handler at a Fortune 500 subsidy of the Ralston
Purina Corporation, Continental Baking Company. Working full time,
attending college classes at night, he studied emerging data collection
technologies. He founded Straight Talk Consulting, a technology-consulting
firm in 1985 and listed on the regional rolls as an approved consultant
for the Southland Corporation during the late 80's.
In 1993, he was factory trained by Norand in Manufacturing, Warehouse
and Route Accounting Support Systems and appointed Warehouse, Distribution
and Route Accounting Coordinator for the Pacific Northwest. As part
of a national team on a regional level, he was directly responsible
for monitoring the integration to and maintenance of supply chain
support for Manufacturing, Warehouse, Fleet Distribution, Depot and
Route Systems for Continental Baking.
Noel
McKeon, Sales Manager
As Sales Manager at IntelliTrack, Inc. Noel McKeon is responsible for increasing sales,
developing new business across the United States, and supporting IntelliTrack's regional
account managers in their daily activities. With 8 years of experience in the AIDC industry
Noel has the background and management skills necessary to bring IntelliTrack to a new
level of success.
Prior to joining IntelliTrack, Noel began his professional career as a System Consultant
and Technical Support Specialist at RioScan, Inc. in June of 2001. When RioScan was acquired
by IntelliTrack, Noel took on a Systems Consultant Position for IntelliTrack, Inc. in
the summer of 2004. He later transitioned into a sales role becoming one of IntelliTrack's
top Regional Account Managers, covering the North East and Mid-Atlantic territories.
Majoring in Management Information Systems, Noel graduated from Loyola College in
Maryland with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
Ronald
Pawlowski, Director of Support Services
As Director of Support Services, Ron Pawlowski manages software services
as well as IntelliTrack's pre-sales group, providing the sales team
with up to date technical support. Ron began his career as a programmer
developing Warehouse Management Systems for a company in Columbia,
MD. He then moved into a reseller position for barcode applications
as part of a small business venture selling full packages including
scanners, label printers, and software. The business was subsequently
acquired by PSC Inc., and Ron became a software services engineer.
Shortly after IntelliTrack achieved company status, Ron joined the
team as a major contributor to business operations.
Ron has achieved many accomplishments during his thirteen-year
career at IntelliTrack, including the successful re-branding of the
firm’s software after becoming independent of PSC Inc. He has
also strongly influenced the design of IntelliTrack's extensive Warehouse
Management Systems (WMS). Ron implemented 200 of IntelliTrack's WMS
programs while actively contributing to product direction decisions
and customer service and support. In addition, Ron assisted the programming
effort to expand IntelliTrack's software to support a wider range
of systems.
Ron has a Bachelors of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University
of Maryland in Baltimore County.
Catherine
Tyson, Controller
Catherine Tyson's management of IntelliTrack’s day to day operations
truly keeps the firm on course. Catherine oversees finances, human
resources, product fulfillment, office requirements, and also supports
corporate marketing activities. Persistently driving the company
forward, she set up IntelliTrack's current Headquarters in Hunt Valley,
MD, planned and implemented the company's IP phone system, and streamlined
product fulfillment processes.
Prior to IntelliTrack, Catherine was an Account Executive for a
printing and advertising agency. She also worked for Caliber Learning
Network as a Program Manager before joining Rioscan Inc., a software
application firm, as Office Manager. In September of 2003, IntelliTrack
acquired RioScan and Catherine became part of IntelliTrack's management
team.
Catherine graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelors
of Arts in German Language and Literature.
Lee
Tibbett, Engineering Manager
As Engineering Manager, Lee Tibbett oversees product development
at IntelliTrack. His duties include project management, IT, and managing
the technical support department. Lee has had a major impact on the
product development of IntelliTrack's Data Management Software (versions
5.1 and 5.2). Since joining the engineering team, Lee established
a modern engineering process and automated build tasks to improve
the consistency and quality of the production process. He also built
and currently manages IntelliTrack's internal network.
Prior to IntelliTrack, Lee worked with aviation electronics in
the Marine Corps. After his service, he became a network administrator
for Inopak, a packaging company in Forest Hill, MD. In 2001, Lee
joined the IntelliTrack team as a Software Services Engineer; he
later moved into the engineering department before accepting his
current position as head of the department.
Lee holds a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology from the
University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business
Administration with a focus on technology management. Lee has been
with IntelliTrack for five years.
